The International Certificate of Leadership
The International Certificate of Leadership is divided up into five Modules: To complete each Module the following are the requirements
Complete 60 - 65 hours of class / classroom time.
- Approximately two thirds of this is instruction from an approved Instructor.
- The remaining third is made up of class discussion, time for processing and prayer together.
Complete 30 hours of practical application, and self directed learning.
- Practical is serving in some supportive role in your local Church.
- Self directed learning involves required reading and research.
In total each module adds up to 90 hours, when all five modules have been completed a total of 450 hours will have been achieved by the student.
A normal class ‘day’, or ‘evening’ is comprised of three 1 hour sessions.
- The first two sessions are instruction.
- The third involves class discussion and time to process what is being taught. All students are required to participate and also to pray together as we all grow in our leadership journey.
